So, My group decided it would be a great idea to go ahead and kill Gloom Under Night, I was using my Ranger that has 367 hit, and silver arrows. We discovered a few things:
1) I missed a lot more than I should have been missing, And we're not entirely sure why. As far as I know Gloom doesn't have any way to increase his agi or his flee, Unless his powerup does this and I'm just unaware of it.
2) His @mi info in game doesn't actually match up with the data on both RateMyServer as well as iRO Classic's wiki on him.
I'd like to pay special attention to the HIT being 200, As well as the Flee being being 204. Not only does this not equal the given values listed by RMS and iRO wiki, It's actually significantly lower. I'm not entirely sure what's going on with this, As the other stats appear to be fine unless I've overlooked something.
In the below sources, The HIT is actually 224, And the Flee is 275.
Whether this is truly a bug or an issue I'm not 100% sure, As this could just be my own lack of knowledge, But it does seem strange. If this is a bug, It's safe to assume there's other mobs with similar issues. I have not done much research into it
