If you do not own the domain please let us know and we can purchase it for you. Limited phone support is offered only for domain billing and domain technical issues if you purchase a domain from us.

General Information:

This service is free and supported by donations. We do not make you put ads on your site or tell anyone we are hosting you. You must have your own domain name (We do sell domains at 11 dollars per year) or be willing to use a sub-domain that we will provide. You must agree to not host spam, copyrighted materials or anything that is overly resource intensive. If you are in violation of any of our policies we will contact you before deleting your data however we may suspend your account at any time for violations of our policies. We only provide support to keep the site/VM functional or if it is offline; due to the fact that this service is entirely donation based we are unable to offer any other level of support to non-paying customers. If you would like to pay for support please open a ticket explaining what you need and why you want to pay us to do it as well as what you are willing to pay.
